		<description>Weather??? It's spring, it's likely to rain any day for the next 2 months. Why don't they have a bunch more off days scheduled if they think the weather may be bad? I'm sure MLB is the one making the schedule out but weather and a need for rest are pretty weak reasons for the day off. It's probably a weird tradition that nobody wants to change or they figure all the hard core baseball fans that have waited all winter for the season to start partied so hard on opening day that they need a day off to rest.</description>

		<description>Its for teams that player in cooler climes with chances of rain and snowouts, without screwing the fans and playing the 2nd scheduled game as the opener (which could piss people off if they only bought game 1 tix).

Also, the teams that play on sunday night, always get monday off.</description>
