Pirates. What is it, 17 consecutive losing seasons? 2. Nationals. Nuff said. 3. Royals. They have no hope. 4. Orioles. How can you make the playoffs in a division with the Yanks and Red Sox? 5. Reds. They play in a division with the Cubs, Cards, Brew Crew, and 'stros, all of who have made the playoffs in the last 3 or 4 years. 1. Pirates. What is it, 17 consecutive losing seasons?
