All the New York teams with a couple of other, better, clubs thrown in. Yankees, Giants, Dodgers…what is sad is that New York teams have dominated these arenas due to the massive media coverage and the demands put on them as a result of that coverage. If media covered other teams with the same intensity, I am sure that the New York teams would fade in to oblivion…but that just simply ain’t gonna’ happen since media is concerned with one thing and one thing only: ratings and share. That will never change, so the large media markets will continue to tell you, the so-called baseball fans, that New York, LA, Chicago (Cubs mostly), Boston and yes, even the Mets, are the only teams really worth paying attention to. By the way, Cubs fans are the most obnoxious fans in the world, followed closely by Yankee fans. At least the Yankee fans have something to crow about, while the Cubs fans are just idiots with no real reason to be so cocky. Yet they persist. It’s pathetic really. Because thier team gets so much media hype and coverage, they actually think they have something to be cocky about. The best team they ever had in ‘84 couldn’t seal the deal either. Keep crowing Cub fans. The bitter taste of defeat will continue to be quelled by the massive amounts of beer you all consume at the Beer Garden you worship so much. Yankee fans, you are all morons. If Satan’s son hadn’t had the market coverage he had, and now his sons (spawns of Satan) have, you idiots would never have anything to cheer about. Unfortunately, you will continue to dominate sports media coverage and most likely will continue to do so. That’s what happens when your owners make a deal with the Devil.
