Im looking for a list of the MLB teams with how many post season series’ they have played in. For instance, the Phillies and Yankees were in the world series last year, so just last year alone for them, they would each have three. Im looking for an alltime list?

the Cubs won the World Series, yup, it’s been over 100 years since the last time the Cubs won the World Series, obviously the MLB was very different back then, how many teams were there at the time?
it was the dead-ball era
is winning the world series back then, over a 100 years ago, considered nothing by today’s standards? is that like winning a division or just a pennant?

I know falling too far behind in April is a bad thing, but how many teams leading the entire MLB in wins during the month of April have gone on to win a World Series?
