What’s the blog that figures out the MLB schedules before teams fully release schedule dates?

There’s a blog that puts together schedules for all MLB teams by looking at all of the different press releases from all 30 teams — and figures out who plays who and when.

For instance, Yankees only released dates for important series (Red Sox, Mets, inter-league) but other teams have released entire 2008 schedule.

Help to finding blog that completes 2008 schedule?

Besides your team’s, which MLB logo do you like the best?

I like the Blue Jays’ logo. And the Mets’ is kind of interesting, too.
The Red Sox logo is my favorite. I assumed that everyone would choose their favorite team’s logo as the one they liked the best, so that’s why I added "besides your team’s…"
