Should some MLB games to be scheduled and played in cities where there is no MLB teams?

Like Dodgers play Rockies in El Paso, TX.
Yankees play Blue Jays in Vancouver, BC…..

Just to benefit those fans who live in the cities without any MLB teams….

What is the cost of my official MLB Anaheim Angels baseball signed by Bengie Molina when they played in PR?

The baseball is signed by Bengie Molina and Rodriguez of the Anaheim Angels when they played here in Puerto Rico. With the baseball is my original seat ticket stub with.
It has the Anaheim Angels emblem official of MLB. The signature of Molina and Rodriguez is in blue ink. They played here in Puerto Rico when the Toronto Blue Jays were out of Toronto in 2003 and I want to know the value of it.

I like the Blue Jays’ logo. And the Mets’ is kind of interesting, too.
The Red Sox logo is my favorite. I assumed that everyone would choose their favorite team’s logo as the one they liked the best, so that’s why I added "besides your team’s…"
