I bought a baseball hat (more of a style hat, but with a baseball logo) and i am learning how to do tricks with it and it is making the hat softer, and i want it to be harder, but not stiff, what can i use to make it harder but not damage the hat or mess up its coloring or stitching??

I have an unopened Fleer Baseball logo stickers and trading cards box. the serial number on the botton is 8614-A and it is a 1989 Set. the factory seal is unbroken therefore the cards are mint condition. i am wondering two things. 1. Ok, so I saw a girl today wearing a hot pink t-shirt that had a big white Major League Baseball logo on it. It was the logo that is of the silhouetted batter, the regular MLB logo. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find that, or where I could maybe find a big iron on decal of the logo??
Please help! My boyfriend was drafted to play baseball, so i wanted to surprise him by wearing a shirt like that! lol
