How can i make the logo panel of my baseball hat less boxy?

   If it’s the 100% wool type, there’s really nothing you can do except wear it a lot. Like quality gloves, hats also need to be broken in and that takes time.

   If it’s like one of the new style 59/50s with a lot of synthetic materials in it, you can put it in a washing machine with a cold-water load. One or two times through the was will ususally beat the boxiness out of the crown.

   Do NOT put the hat in the dryer. Put the hat on your head while still damp to get it back to the right shape, then leave it outside to dry. If you want to keep the brim flat, get two dowel rods or two clean rulers, press the bill between them and then tie the ends with string or rubber bands.
