This would cost quite a bit. If you watch televised games, they even warn that recording and replaying without permission is illegal. (I seriously doubt this is ever enforced, but I'm sure they would enforce selling merchandise. They make a bundle off that). A local bar near me sold shirts with the bar name, and a screw going through the blue and silver Dallas Cowboy's star. The shirt said "Screw Dallas". Should you get caught selling without permission, you lose anything connected with the sale of these items such as, the vehicle you are carrying them in, all merchandise and even the watch you looked at to see what time you are being arrested. Harley Davidson and Disney are the biggest ones you don't want to mess with. Harley even offers rewards in Biker magazines for info that leads to arrest and conviction of offenders.
