Am I allowed to use NFL and MLB logos on home made crafts that I sell or do I have to get permisson to do so?

   You would have to get permission, as they are trademarked logos (hence the tm you see next to it on merchandise).

   Your best bet would be to talk to a copyright lawyer. If you plan on doing alot of them, it would be money well spent. If it just for a birthday gift or personal use, you could probably get away with it.

   No, if you sell them you have to have licensing rights or you could be sued.

   i think u do cuz ur using there licensed logo on ur product and maybe people are really buying the product becuase of the logo.

   If you’re selling them, you need permission. If you’re just doing it for your own use, knock yourself out.

   You would need to get permission, or as stated previously, you could be sued.

   You would have to get permission as the actual NFL and MLB logos along with all of the corresponding teams logos are copywrited. You had better believe that if they found out about you selling something with an unauthorized logo on it they would have you arrested and would sue in the blink of an eye!

    if you’re selling them, yes you need permission
    if not, they’d probably sue you/throw you in jail
    need to pay for the millions of dollars in salary they have to pay out

    mlb needs an nhl salary cap

    You have to get permission. And both NFL & MLB are very selective about who uses it. Plus you have to pay a fee.
